Welcome to Al-Himam Academy. By accessing our website, booking a 3-day free evaluation trial, or enrolling in monthly Quranic classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our programs are structured for students of all ages (children, sisters, and adult brothers). For minor students, the parent or guardian acts as the primary contact and agreeing party.
school 2. Code of Islamic Conduct & Classroom Etiquettes (Adab)
Learning the Holy Quran requires utmost respect, reverence, and Islamic etiquettes (Adab). Both tutors and students are expected to:
- check_circle Join online classroom sessions on time in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- check_circle Maintain modest Islamic attire and respectful communication at all times.
- check_circle Respect the tutor's guidance and complete assigned daily recitation practice (Sabaq, Sabqi, Manzil).
schedule 3. Attendance, Rescheduling & Make-Up Classes
We understand that emergencies and family commitments arise. To respect the tutor's reserved time:
• Advance Rescheduling: Parents must notify admissions or their tutor at least 4 hours in advance on WhatsApp to reschedule a class.
• Make-Up Classes: Classes cancelled with timely advance notice are eligible for make-up sessions within the same billing month.
• Unannounced Absences: If a student does not show up without notice, the session is marked completed after 15 minutes of tutor waiting time.
payments 4. Tuition Fees, Billing & Money-Back Guarantee
Tuition fees are billed monthly or quarterly in advance based on the selected package (Starter, Standard, or Intensive Hifz).
